Over 2 million Euros project to attract investors in OMA

Between April 2010 and September 2011, Oradea Metropolitan Area (OMA) runs “Polynvest”, a project which primarily aims to improve conditions in the metropolitan area, by promoting investments in these areas. As submitted by those involved, the project aims at achieving an electronic platform between partners, to promote lands owned by local authorities, open to investment. Mihai Jurca, an OMA expert in communication-dissemination, said that promoting unused land in rural properties held by public authorities will benefit the local revenue, but also will reduce their maintenance costs to the owners.
