We are a group of business people from Italy, with a large experience in the real estate field. We interpreted the requests of a company aiming towards the international market able to offer support and guidance to those interested to step into the Romanian market; this is how we started Sperom2.
We offer high quality and efficient services in the real estate field, especially connected to building grounds, infields, residential, industrial and commercial grounds, finances, funds, planning, assistance and guidance in purchasing and selling lands and buildings, generally.
World market is changing, so it is essential to have a frame of reference. Sperom2, knowing very well the Romanian market, with a lot of experience in the real estate field, suggests alternatives for significant investments.
In order to focus on an area of compelling interest, we operate mainly in Bihor, Arad and Timiş counties and we have chosen Oradea for settling our operational headquarters, a town situated in the North-West of Romania, few kilometres near the Hungarian border.
Our team activates on a daily basis in the above mentioned areas, it is in direct contact with the local vendors, close to our customer needs and, to be able to interact at 360°, our team members are fluent in Romanian, Italian and Hungarian.
